L.A. Piggies? Trying to organize Python Interest Group in L.A./O.C.
If anybody is interested in putting together a Python Interest Group in the Los Angeles/Orange County area, please let me know. Add a comment to this post or send me email at grig at gheorghiu.net.
I would be interested in such a group. I have made a few (very half-hearted) attempts in the past to establish such a thing with little success. I was the "official" Python Meetup organizer but there has never been enough signups to warrant a meeting and I think I lost my title since I never did much to promote. Anyway, if you're active within the python community then I'm sure something will get started. I would prefer an LA-based meeting but would be willing to go to the south bay or even Long Beach if it seemed worthwhile. Good luck and hope to hear from you in the future.
